Overall Rationale: This week I introduced 2 new models (PageRank and QElo) to the fold.  We now have a composite that is 60% in season data, 40% preseason data from the user simulated seasons votes.  The models used this week, in order their ranking appears in the explanations below are MLE, PageRank, QElo, and Preseason.  The preseason rank is weighted double each of the other 3 models.  The models will each be explained in length in my weekly post along with the full breakdown of rankings.
