National-Sundae9427	22	Another severely underrated program in the eyes of the committee. Losses to Notre Dame and North Texas, two of the best programs they've faced. Wins over South Florida (something North Texas couldn't do), and Memphis. This is a quality team. They aren't flashy, but they run one of the most complex offenses and Horvath should be a Heisman finalist with how well he's played. Top 25 Wins: N/A Good Wins: Memphis (11), South Florida (3) Losses: North Texas (14), Notre Dame (39)

_THE__BOULDER_	23	I don't think many people really rank Navy but the Midshipmen are #3 in the AAC and 9-2 overall. If I recall correctly, the Army Navy game does not technically affect playoff rankings? I know it's because it's technically a non-conference game but I feel like that's kind of ridiculous and, if it's not going to count, both teams need to play an extra game to get up to 12 games for the season. I also do believe we need to go back to having a week's break in between the end of the regular season and the CCGs so that Army/Navy is the only game on. But I can't really do anything about the schedules. Still, they've had a pretty decent team overall with wins over USF and Memphis, so nice job cadets.
