Big win over UK, starts to put some wind in their sails. Are they a contender this year? No. But they’re one of the top teams outside of the real contenders.
There are plenty of 2 loss teams to choose from, and frankly, none of them have any good wins? Like everyone's best win is a win over a team that has 2+ losses. So, I guess if I have to pick, I pick Tennessee since I gotta pick someone
Tennessee started scoring against Kentucky and never really looked back. Other than two back-to-back 2nd quarter touchdowns from Kentucky, Tennessee really just kept piling it on. Kentucky's pretty bad, and Tennessee is definitely benefiting from teams in front of them losing to move up to this spot, but they played a good game this past weekend.

I think you beat Oklahoma next week at home. That creates quite the scenario for the last two weeks at the Swamp and then the finale with Vanderbilt. This team doesn't have title potential because of their porous and puny defense, but a CFP berth is still there for the taking.
