Overall Rationale: Traveling again this week so no detailed justifications again, hope to have them back next week. Oddly with a lot of idle teams, bad team performances kind of already aligning with how i differed from the aggregate poll (ND and Indiana low, SMU low, Arizona unranked), and a very limited number of rankable teams with few on the "bubble", I didn't end up changing much. That will NOT be the case for this upcoming one, what a slate. Dropped out: Wisconsin (21), SMU (23), Oklahoma State (24). New this week: USC (18), Iowa (20), Duke (25). Next few out, in rough order: UTSA, New Mexico, Arizona, Liberty, South Carolina, Oregon
