Overall Rationale: Same process every week. Figure out the 25 best records to determine who gets onto the ballot. Start with remaining undefeated teams. Add 1-loss teams whose only losses are to undefeated teams. Then add one loss teams whose only losses are to other one loss teams. Then add the remaining one loss teams. If there’s room, add on the two loss teams whose losses (preference if both losses) are to teams already on the ballot. Etc etc, all the way down.

Once the ballot is filled, then take a holistic approach towards teams resumes to rank them accordingly
