GatorBolt Ballot for 2024 Week 12

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Nov. 11, 2024, 9:24 a.m.

Rank Team Reason
Oregon Ducks Another ho-hum win for the Ducks. I still remember when the Idaho and Boise games had me uneasy about the Ducks
Ohio State Buckeyes Clinical, what else can I say?
Texas Longhorns As a Gator fan, must be nice having a serious athletic department.
Indiana Hoosiers Never thought a 9-0 team having an ugly win against a 5-4 team involving these two programs would be 9-0 Indiana and 5-4 Michigan. Still, good response to facing adversity for a Hoosier team. Now a week off before the big one.
BYU Cougars I mean it's technically an ugly win. That said, if your defensive player being held causes your archrival's AD to crash out about officiating and you beat said archrival in a conference game to improve your dream season that is a beautiful win.
Penn State Nittany Lions Falling upwards doing nothing. Not bad.
Tennessee Volunteers A lot will depend on Nico's health. And a big one next week for the SEC circle of suck.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish 52-3 over FSU? Not bad.
Alabama Crimson Tide Not the easiest thing to do to go into Death Valley and absolutely roll. DeBoer had his pains as he's stepped into big shoes, but the Tide are starting to roll.
Ole Miss Rebels Well, that's a win that can vault you back into the thick of playoff contention.
Georgia Bulldogs Carson Beck and Mike Bobo are holding what is a solid Georgia team back.
SMU Mustangs Congratulations! The Pony Express is now in the driver's seat for the ACC title.
Boise State Broncos Ashton Jeanty.
Miami Hurricanes It was a matter of time with the houdini acts but ooof.
Texas A&M Aggies A week off as the conference falls apart isn't the worst case scenario for the Aggies.
Army West Point All I'm saying: the one video of Army's drive this weekend made my day. Beautiful.
Colorado Buffaloes Autographed tortilla? Priceless.
Clemson Tigers Solid rebound against Tech.
Washington State Cougars Good year for the Cougars, definitely held back by the schedule they drew so far though. Which is tough.
Kansas State Wildcats Week off, move up. Falling upwards.
Missouri Tigers Lots of history with the Sooners, I bet Tigers fans felt good they got to welcome Oklahoma to the SEC with THAT.
Louisville Cardinals Little buoyed by their Clemson win, but there are worse off weeks than to get ranked during them.
South Carolina Gamecocks Good year, a year of what if's though. Really close to a season for the ages. Still, a great step forward for Shane Beamer so far.
LSU Tigers Karma for the scab Tiger stunt by the governor.
Pittsburgh Panthers
