Overall Rationale: Do I really think some higher-ranked teams would beat the teams below them? Not really. But while strength of schedule and close games count, so does winning games. Alabama would likely wreck BYU, but Alabama has lost two games. If they wanted to claim they're the best, they should have won those games.
