2 Ohio State Buckeyes +1 The Buckeyes slaughter Purdue. The game against Indiana should be incredible.
3 Texas Longhorns +2 Texas is suddenly back in the driver’s seat after Georgia goes down
4 Tennessee Volunteers +4 I’m still not totally sold on this offense, but the defense is amazing. You can kill Georgia’s playoff hopes next week.
5 BYU Cougars +1 WHAT. A. GAME. Ugly, scrappy, and needed a holding call to pull it off—but at the end of the day, BYU is still undefeated, and winning a rivalry game is never a given.
6 Indiana Hoosiers +1 The Hoosiers did enough to win, but they’ll have to be much better if they want to knock off the Buckeyes.
7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish +2 Notre Dame slaughtered the Seminoles to make their already miserable season a little bit worse.
8 Penn State Nittany Lions +2 A good bounce back win for the Nittany Lions, who have what should be an easy path to the playoff. Key word: should.
9 SMU Mustangs +2 Bye
10 Alabama Crimson Tide +3 A convincing win at Death Valley means that the rumors of Alabama’s demise were greatly exaggerated.
11 Boise State Broncos +1 It was an ugly win against a bad Nevada team, but a win against a rival is always worth it. Also, Ashton Jeanty.
12 Miami Hurricanes -8 You kept playing with fire, Canes, and this time you dug yourselves a hole you couldn’t climb out of.
13 Ole Miss Rebels +3 I did not see this one coming. Ole Miss showing up in a big game against Georgia? All of a sudden, they’ve got a clear path to the playoff.
14 Georgia Bulldogs -12 Your offense looks terrible. There’s just no other way to put it. God help you against Rocky Top.

16 Washington State Cougars +4 The Coogs easily put away hapless Utah State and look poised to pounce if there’s chaos above them.
17 Clemson Tigers -2 Clemson just looks uninspiring right now. Good job getting the win, but at this point, you need style points if you’re going to climb back into the playoff conversation.

19 Colorado Buffaloes +3 Good win, but the game management at the end was a little iffy
