Overall Rationale: Records & Eye Test. Clean sheet every week, so expect this to be volatile on a week to week basis. I try to reward teams with better records and that have played better competition. So for this week teams with wins over P4 teams got a bump. This is part of the reason why Bama is lower as they haven't really beaten anyone of note yet. I fully expect them to jump back up if they start stacking SEC wins. This is also why I have Tennessee, Miami, USC, and Penn State on the higher end than some of the SEC teams that might be better than them such as Mizzou and Ole Miss.
