Overall Rationale: As this is my first ballot of the season I did not have prior data to base my own off of so its generally pretty chalky in the top half, but I was more impressed by Tennessee's win against a P5 team compared to Mizzou's, and Oregon has not looked as dominant as Miami or USC which pushed them out of the top ten. I almost dropped Notre Dame out completely but their win over Texas A&M at college station lead me to keep them at 25.
