Overall Rationale: Resume ranking, with best 3 positive games and worst 3 negative games getting extra emphasis. Start with the AP poll, and then adjust rankings iteratively based on above criteria, using Massey Ratings for strength of teams not considered for ranking. Early season playing on the road has a lot of weight. I need to see wins against better opponents (or going on the road) for many likely future top teams before ranking them.
