Overall Rationale: Again going with a resume based, did you beat who you should did you choke on your cupcake. I am including by Gamecocks which is probably a mistake but its my poll and I'll do what I want. A lot of teams got penalized for choking on their meat with teams far below their talent level (See PSU/Bama/Oregon) ND fell entirely off and thats the beauty of this sport.
