Overall Rationale: Starting to put the results of my model into place. Still showing deference to what I think about what I've seen from teams. My formula only takes into account the strength of the record of the teams - but then I buff out the sharp edges of the formula that does weird things early on like make put Boston College and Arizona State in the top 5. I'll stop buffing out the edges in a few weeks when there's more data points.
