Overall Rationale: I think next year I should tweak the formula a bit to account for early weeks

2 USC Trojans (0) USC has a defense and that's scary for the rest of the B1G.
3 Georgia Bulldogs (-2) Georgia vs Texas might be #1 vs #2 and I'm all for it
4 Penn State Nittany Lions (0) Yeah I thought so much better of PSU after that WVU win. Didn't watch the game, but don't know what happened here.
5 Alabama Crimson Tide (+2) because MOV is not accounted for. Bama should've dropped down.
6 Oregon Ducks (+9) Model thinks Boise State was #14 coming in so Oregon was very rewarded. But if I human polled it, Oregon should not be a top 15 team.
7 Tennessee Volunteers (+16) Wow. Tennessee is here to play
8 Syracuse Orange (+40) GT may've been a wee bit overrated. Model doesn't realize that tho. For real though, great win for Syracuse.
9 South Carolina Gamecocks (+26) Emphatic win over a top 25 Kentucky, according to the algorithm.
10 Michigan Wolverines (-4) Losing to the #1 team (according to the algorithm) isn't that bad. Michigan can still have a solid season, I think, but they need a QB identity.
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (-8) LOOL. Model assumes that NIU is just really good other than ND is overrated, so only went down 8 spots. I expect this number to continue going down though. Also NIU missed rankings by 1 spot :(
12 Miami Hurricanes (-7)
13 Clemson Tigers (+17) Bounceback win over App State, but surprised just how much they increased in rank.
14 Iowa State Cyclones (+23) Huge win in El Assico. Didn't think they could do it.
15 Ohio State Buckeyes (-6) Here due to playing weak competition. OSU looks pretty good.
16 Utah Utes (+3)
17 Kansas State Wildcats (+8) Good win over Tulane, which can be assumed at this point to be a solid G5 team at worst.
18 Oklahoma State Cowboys (+8) Early season Gundy couldn't stop the Pokes from winning
19 North Carolina Tar Heels (-9)
20 Michigan State Spartans (+30) Nice win over UMD on the road, which is more than most teams can say they did.
21 Ole Miss Rebels (-3)
22 Duke Blue Devils (+33) Model was high on Northwestern (#29 coming into the week)
23 Oklahoma Sooners (-10) lol.
24 Nebraska Cornhuskers (0) Model is not high on Colorado
25 Missouri Tigers (-4)
