Overall Rationale: Wins matter over everything. The "eye test" is too subjective, so the team with the better record gets the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this makes some teams ranked ahead of teams they lost to. I hate this but cannot find a way to change it without changing my entire methodology and making this much more difficult. Strength of schedule is too circular and subjective (and a deep-state conspiracy by Dr. Pepper and the Department of Agriculture to prop up P5 teams. I will not be taking questions), so it isn't strongly considered. You can only beat the teams on your schedule, and you shouldn't be penalized because they might not be having a great season.
