Overall Rationale: UGA/Michigan is still projecting to be the final game of the season. Not a lot of movement as I don't punish teams heavily who lose to teams ranked above them. Notable drops are FSU, Louisville, Utah, and UCLA since my last ballot. FSU is not the same team without Travis, but they found a way to win. I've dropped them to where I believe each team ranked above them would have a noticeable victory.
