Overall Rationale: I'm trying to crystal ball the final ranking more than I'm ranking "where they are right now". At this point in the season, I start with the AP poll for simplicity and then adjust/add/remove based on resume and eye test. I feel every team has been tested enough so we can have a pretty clear picture on where they stand.
