Overall Rationale: Resume based ballot utilizing MoV, SoR, SoS primarily with small amounts of eye-test involved when comparing similar bodies of work.

2 Georgia Bulldogs Washington and UGA could be in any order in 2 and 3
3 Washington Huskies Washington and UGA could be in any order in 2 and 3
4 Florida State Seminoles Undefeated; not punished by injured QB, but least impressive of the undefeateds
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Unfortunate loss against UM, but still have the best resume of the 1 loss teams.
6 Oregon Ducks Excellent MoV against decent teams and finally a good win against OSU
7 Texas Longhorns Win over bama looks better every week, but similar to UW and UGA is kinda just hanging in against several teams
8 Alabama Crimson Tide Rivalry voodoo, or a return to form for the less than elite bama team this year. Still, crazy comeback. H2H loss against Texas keeps them below UT unless they beat UGA.
9 Penn State Nittany Lions 2 losses against 2 top 5 teams and excellent MoV elsewhere.
10 Missouri Tigers
11 Ole Miss Rebels
12 Oklahoma Sooners
13 Arizona Wildcats This team could have been special if they switched to Fifita earlier in the year.
14 Iowa Hawkeyes only 2 losses, but one of them against a not so amazing school; offense is literally non-existent.
15 Louisville Cardinals
16 Notre Dame Fighting Irish
17 LSU Tigers Basically what USC wishes they were.
18 Tulane Green Wave
19 Oregon State Beavers All but one of the losses were extremely close; not sure if im giving too much credit for that, this team could be moved up or down 3 spots.
20 Oklahoma State Cowboys 45-3 UCF game absolutely hurts this teams resume.
21 Toledo Rockets
22 NC State Wolfpack
23 Liberty Flames
24 SMU Mustangs
25 James Madison Dukes
