Overall Rationale: Everyone keeps *trying* to lose, but can't quite do it. Shook things up slightly this week based on eye test (Tulane, NC State, Texas jumping people; OK State, Alabama being jumped). Only 4 teams I had ranked lost at all, and Ohio State and Louisville obviously stay in, so otherwise not too much change. Dropped out: Kansas State (16, trying to limit the number of 4 loss teams in the rankings, especially those with multiple recent losses), Oregon State (18, same). New this week: NC State (16, I was withholding them based on the QB situation but they seem to be just a good team), Clemson (25). Next few out, in order: WVU, Tennessee, Kansas State, Oregon State, Utah, Troy, Miami (OH), New Mexico State (can't believe I just wrote that), Kansas
