24 North Carolina Tar Heels Poll inertia gets them back here tbh. They have 2 losses which is 1 less than some teams behind them
25 USC Trojans They prolly don’t deserve to be a top 25 team but they still competed for 4 quarters with a playoff contender this week and have head 2 head over Arizona (the next team I would rank)
