Overall Rationale: My opinion on what the best 25 teams are based on play on the field, record, and talent. Strength of schedule and big wins are also a factor.

1 Michigan Wolverines no movement, first test of the year coming up, if you don't count getting caught breaking ncaa rules a test.. still number one for now in my biased poll based purely by play on the field and depth.
2 Georgia Bulldogs no movement, good win against solid team. easily could see the number one argument and think UGA is capable of beating anyone
3 Ohio State Buckeyes no movement, showed some inconsistency again vs rutgers. henderson looked like a beast though
4 Florida State Seminoles no movement, not a great game but luckily this team doesn't need to worry about anyone really until the acc title most likely against the cardinals
5 Washington Huskies no movement, kicks usc out of the top 25 for the first time under lincoln riley, still at five instead of four, not forgetting about those rough couple weeks over a close usc win
6 Oregon Ducks no movement, consensus seems to be ducks best one loss team at the moment and i agree
7 Texas Longhorns no movement, texas struggles with the backup almost choking away huge lead vs solid k state team, stays above bama with head to head
8 Alabama Crimson Tide no movement, damn boring week at the top it seems, bama fends off smelly kelly and co.
9 Penn State Nittany Lions no movement, peen state does what peen state does, beats everyone but osu and mich
10 Ole Miss Rebels +1, creeping into the top ten, uga bouta change that in all likelihood
11 Louisville Cardinals +4, Louisville leaping and bounding up everyone's polls I'm sure, I do have some doubts but at this point it's safe to say they're the second best team in the acc, which doesn't necessarily mean much.
12 Oregon State Beavers +4, ehhhh the two loss teams between here and tenn I feel pretty indifferent about who is better, so org st over utes with head to head
13 Utah Utes +4, Utah over ok st because Utah has quality losses and well, the other osu has one pretty bad one
14 Oklahoma State Cowboys +11, huggeee jump for me over Kansas since they both have beaten OU and other osu has head to head over KU
15 Kansas Jayhawks +5, Kansas over OU bc they beat OU and have the same record
16 Oklahoma Sooners -6, OU still a decent team, give them credit for tx win and missiouri is good but doesn't have that caliber win
17 Missouri Tigers -3, not a big drop with the loss to UGA, still over tenn since tenn has loss to bad fl team
18 Tennessee Volunteers +1, keep winning and I'll eventually forgive for the fl loss, maybe
19 LSU Tigers -7, LSU best three loss team right now, unfortunate to see qb go down
20 Kansas State Wildcats +3, going up with a loss?! got blessed by teams in front having much worse losses
21 Notre Dame Fighting Irish -9, big ole drop for the irish, i made the mistake of watching the fourth quarter of this game, no offense from nd
22 Arizona Wildcats unranked, welcome!
23 James Madison Dukes +1, JMU the dawggss still undefeated lets gooo
24 Tulane Green Wave unranked, welcome back Tulane, I'm sorry for ever disrespecting you and dropping you out, welcome back to the irrelevant section of my ranking
