Overall Rationale: This has been, far and away, the most difficult season to fill out polls in the 10 years of doing it. Seemingly any of the top 5 are interchangeable, any of the next 5 are interchangeable, and everywhere from about 17-35 are basically on equal footing. I tried to reward the G5s in the bottom of the rankings over teams I think are probably better (Iowa or UNC come to mind), but this could change week to week. Dropped out: Notre Dame (15, IDK at this point they have no ranked wins, the Ohio State game seems like a distant memory. They certainly have a case but it's just not a good team to watch), Air Force (21, loss), UCLA (23, loss). New this week: Arizona (23), Toledo (24), Liberty (25). Next few out, in order: Notre Dame, UNC, Fresno State, Memphis, Iowa, SMU, Air Force, Kentcuky, West Virginia, USC, UCLA
