1 Georgia Bulldogs Washington would be #1 if not for the repeat national champions bonus
2 Washington Huskies Best resume in the country now
3 Michigan Wolverines They are the best looking team so far but have played nobody
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Just gonna keep them up here with Michigan until it's time for them to play (assuming they don't start sucking for some reason)
5 Florida State Seminoles They've cooled off but I still have them as the best team in the ACC
6 Oklahoma Sooners Finally ready to accept that the Sooners might actually be good, which means it's probably time to lose to USF :D
7 Penn State Nittany Lions
8 Oregon Ducks They were a few bad breaks away from beating Washington, #8 is honestly lower than I expect them to finish at
9 Texas Longhorns The rest of their schedule is just as soft as OU's so I don't expect them to move much.
10 Oregon State Beavers Ranking them as the third best PAC-12 team due to current resume, but it's gonna be chaos
11 Duke Blue Devils Still no bad losses
12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish One of the least consistent good teams, but still a good team.
13 North Carolina Tar Heels
14 Alabama Crimson Tide
15 Tennessee Volunteers I keep forgetting they exist but they're only at one loss still
16 Utah Utes Not very confident in the Utes without Cam. I still think they can beat USC at least
17 USC Trojans It's one thing to have a bad defense, but when your entire team is your offense and you can't get that going, it's not good.
18 Iowa Hawkeyes If USC can be #18 with no defense, Iowa can be #19 with no offense. It's only fair.
19 Air Force Falcons Undefeated for like 20+ games, not bad
20 Washington State Cougars They're kind of fading in the very competitive PAC right now.
21 LSU Tigers
22 Clemson Tigers I need them to lose again so I can stop ranking them
23 UCLA Bruins
24 Tulane Green Wave
25 Louisville Cardinals I just can't figure out how good ND is supposed to be, so I'm leaving them ranked for now on the assumption that ND is pretty good and Louisville must be too because they handled ND well.
