Overall Rationale: Assessment of Strength & Schedule - On-field results are the most important metric. This ranking focuses on a team's strength of record and the "eye test". I do incorporate some data from ESPN. 4-7 all have an argument for top 4. After careful consideration, I dropped FSU 2 spots since I think it better reflects the wins of Oklahoma and Washington. Penn St is #4 because of their FPI numbers. I suspect the PAC-12 will continue to give me headaches in the middle of the ranking pack.
