Overall Rationale: Strength of schedule, margin of victory, eye test. Head to head is the tiebreaker. Somewhat uniquely, I have no issues moving a top-5 team with a weak schedule (Mich, Ohio State, Penn State) if other teams have big wins (Washington, North Carolina)

1 Georgia Bulldogs Still undefeated, slow start against Vanderbilt, wasn't in jeopardy. To quote Ric Flair: Still the man until they beat the man. WOOO!
2 Florida State Seminoles Beat a good Syracuse (4-2) team by 35, and the LSU win looks better every week.
3 Washington Huskies The win over Oregon (38-35) was incredibly impressive.
4 Michigan Wolverines Good, but destroying a 2-4 team will lose you spots when UNC, UW, etc, are playing tough games.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Moving down because beating a 2-5 Purdue doesn't protect your spot.
6 Oklahoma Sooners BYE (but that Texas victory still impresses).
7 North Carolina Tar Heels Beat a ranked (in my ballot) Miami. Genuinely one of the best undefeateds, getting zero hype.
8 Penn State Nittany Lions Woah, they beat a 1-7 UMass....
9 Oregon Ducks Lost to Washington (barely). I almost still put them above Penn State.
10 Oregon State Beavers Multiple ranked wins, beat a 4-2 UCLA. Great win.
11 Texas Longhorns BYE
12 Missouri Tigers STOMPED Kentucky. And Kentucky was ranked.
13 Alabama Crimson Tide Beat 2-5 Arkansas. Missouri was much more impressive this week.
14 Ole Miss Rebels BYE
15 Iowa Hawkeyes Beat a 4-2 Wisconsin without an offense. How?
16 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Not sure if the win over USC says that Notre Dame is good, or if USC was surprisingly bad.
17 Duke Blue Devils Beat a 4-3 NC State by 21. Impressive.
18 USC Trojans They really got dismantled by a Notre Dame that hasn't been amazing?
19 Air Force Falcons Undefeated! The Mountain Best keeps partying!
20 Tennessee Volunteers 1 loss, lots to play for.
21 Louisville Cardinals Lost to a 2-4 Pitt by 14. Ugh.
22 Utah Utes Lost to... Cal? But Cal has 3 wins?
23 UCLA Bruins Lost to Oregon State, which is probably a top-10 ten.
24 LSU Tigers Two losses to great teams. Spanked Auburn.
25 Liberty Flames They're 6-0, but on a terribly easy schedule. But they're a 6-0 G5 team.
