Overall Rationale: Starting to get a little more clarity but the top is still as unclear as ever - at least another undefeated will have to fall next week. I'm finally dropping Georgia for poor play behind the teams that I think have better wins to this point (Washington - Oregon, Oklahoma - Texas, and FSU - LSU). Dropped out: Washington State (15, horrific loss), UCLA (22, loss), Wyoming (24, loss). New this week: Missouri (20), Tulane (22), JMU (25). Next few out, largely in order: Iowa, Fresno State, UCLA, Florida, Wyoming, Washington State, Liberty, Kansas State, Toledo, Miami (OH), Kentucky, Kansas
