Overall Rationale: My model from last week still did very well percentage-wise at predicting the games last week, so I'm keeping it, but moderating it with a human poll (50% of points assigned via computer and 50% from me) to remove some of the extreme outliers, like top ten Kansas State. Ties are broken arbitrarily by me (Texas and Tennessee, K State Clemson and Louisville, Utah and Ole Miss, A&M and Mizzou). Next 5: 26 Fresno State, 27 Arizona, 28 Wisconsin, 29 Tulane, 30 Iowa.
