Overall Rationale: Measures what teams have faced and how they have performed against that competition. Beating up on cupcakes doesn't do much for resume early in the season, hence Georgia so low. Not really impressed with them anyway. My computer tends to be a little high on non-P5 compared to traditional polling, but I think that's part of the fun.
