Overall Rationale: Things starting to shake out a little but I would rather rank more teams than I can. Still finding it basically impossible to rank from 1-10, after which there's a big drop. All the teams have shown flashes and also major flaws. Even as one loss teams have good wins, they can't really break into that tier until one of the undefeateds has multiple bad performances in a row. Dropped out this week: Florida (17, loss), Duke (19, loss), Kansas (24, loss), Louisville (25, GT resume drop and bad win friday). New this week: Kentucky (20), Maryland (23), Fresno State (24), A&M (25). Next few out, mostly in order: Air Force, Louisville, James Madison, Duke, Clemson, Tulane, Kansas State, Kansas, Colorado, Florida, Liberty
