Overall Rationale: There appear to be 3 tiers emerging this year. 1-5 could be shuffled around at will, with whoever emerges from the PacX filling the roll of the loser from Michigan/Ohio State. 6-15 is a bit of a wild west and need to work through the rest of their schedules to get sorted out. 16-20 probably will end up ranked, but I'm not confident in them still. 21-25 are for fun, they're undefeated for now so why not celebrate them? They'll probably drop out soon.
