Overall Rationale: Still having a nearly impossible time discerning pretty much all the way from #1 to #10. I'm assigning some amount of arbitrary eye test vs. resume; I think USC (9) would beat half the teams above them but the results don't really bear that out yet. Clear tier drops after the Top 10 (before the 1 loss teams) and after 17 (very high on Florida, and I didn't have Miami ranked until this week when the A&M win got significantly stronger). Dropped from last week: Colorado (17), Tulane (24, Ole Miss loss loses some quality), UCLA (25). New this week: Miami (18), Kansas (24), Louisville (25). Next few out, in order (longer list to keep tabs on these teams as we get more conference play results): TCU, Kansas State, Tulane, Fresno State, Syracuse, Kentucky, Maryland, Texas A&M, Colorado, Liberty, Air Force, Clemson, James Madison
