Overall Rationale: Resume ranking with extra emphasis on good wins. This is the first week I have any confidence in my ranking. Massive gap this week between 14th and 15th, about the same as the difference between 4th and 14th. Ole Miss had a really wild drop, going from 1st last to out (~27th) this week for quite the variety of reasons: 1. Losing to Alabama (obviously) 2. A bunch of teams picking up their first decent win of the season, e.g. KSU, an Ohio State, Oregon 3. A weird circularity issue getting worked out: 3a. Oklahoma St. was probably a bit overrated, boosting South Alabama, boosting Tulane, boosting Ole Miss 3b. Oklahoma St. and South Alabama both lost, SA in particular giving a terrible Central Michigan their first win at SA 3c. This cratered Tulane's ranking (6th last week to completely out) 3d. So Ole Miss went from having a top 10 win to having only a very meh win, pushing them out of the rankings
