Overall Rationale: This week told us a lot about many teams, with so many ranked vs. ranked matchups. Top 5 is mostly the same, as each team has given me a reason to prove why they should be there (playoff success/experience for the first 2, signature win for the following 3). After that, the 6-10 range is another group of teams that have plenty of games ahead of them to catapult themselves into the top 5 with big wins of their own.

Big win on the road against a top 10 team justifies keeping them at #3 for the past few weeks. |

Move down a spot for a couple weeks of shaky play, including being a missed 25-yarder away from a loss at Clemson this week. |

This team has a very good argument for top 5, maybe even top 3 in the country. Their matchup against Oregon in a couple weeks will be their first true test that could get them there. |

I would normally say this was a stellar shutout win at home, but Iowa's offense hasn't given me any reason to call that impressive. Ohio State on 10/21 will show us if this team is for real or not. |

Dropped a couple spots due to the questionable nature of their victory this week against Arizona State. They have a gauntlet of a schedule coming up soon, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're on upset alert at Colorado due to their defensive woes. |

Arguably could be higher, but very impressive win to shut down the Deion hype for now. Three ranked games in a row to close out October will be the defining stretch of this team's season. |

Hard to evaluate this team's current level, but they keep finding ways to win without Cam Rising. Beavers up next will be a massive test for them. |

It's the same story every year with this team. "Can they contend for the SEC West?" No. They can't. |

Will be ranked above Tennessee until they lose again. |
