Overall Rationale: Wow, the top 7 is really hard to sort out! I honestly had such a hard time putting them in the order they ended up. And I changed my mind a few times. It'll shake out better as the season goes (especially in a couple weeks with conference play really getting into gear). But 4, 5, and 6 are basically interchangeable.
