Overall Rationale: First week including one loss teams. Place them at the end of the rankings, but they have the opportunity to make leaps forward in the coming weeks. There are still too many talented undefeated teams to put one loss teams any higher, in my opinion. Georgia and Michigan have been moved down from the top 2. While power rankings-wise, they may be at the top. They haven't had a schedule on the level of most other top teams. Next 5: Air Force, Georgia State, LSU, Florida, Marshall
