Overall Rationale: Resume-based, so teams aren’t ranked by who I feel is “better”. I give reasons for teams I actively moved up/down, not teams that moved because I moved other teams, if that makes sense

7 Florida State Seminoles Florida State keeps looking unimpressive despite winning, Syracuse and Duke could probably beat them. The LSU win saves them from dropping further in my rankings
8 Washington Huskies
9 LSU Tigers
10 Oregon Ducks Commanding win over Colorado puts Oregon in the top 10
11 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama’s offense has question marks, but I believe they have enough talent as a team to remain competitive.
12 Utah Utes
13 Oklahoma Sooners Undefeated with no one-possession wins will cause a team to quickly rise up my rankings, I believe Oklahoma is the only team this season that could beat Texas
14 Notre Dame Fighting Irish A hard fought game against Ohio State didn’t go Notre Dame’s way, I expect some people to drop them further, but since the game was effectively decided by a dropped interception, it’s unfair to drop the team too far.
15 Duke Blue Devils
16 North Carolina Tar Heels
17 Washington State Cougars Washington State with a outstanding win over Oregon State results in them being the biggest movers in these rankings.
18 Miami Hurricanes
19 Oregon State Beavers Didn’t drop Oregon State nearly as much as I expect other people to drop them, and that’s because Washington State is proving to be a very good team.
20 Missouri Tigers
21 Maryland Terrapins New to these rankings, Maryland hasn’t played any team I would consider to even be average, but they’ve won each game by at least 18 points, so they deserve a spot in these rankings.
22 Ole Miss Rebels Disappointed that Ole Miss didn’t beat Alabama, but Alabama is good, and Ole Miss does have a win vs Tulane keeping them ranked
23 Kansas State Wildcats
24 Louisville Cardinals Louisville has been a sketchy team this season, but three power 5 wins is three power five wins, and Georgia Tech looks to have a pulse this season, which gets Louisville into my Top 25
25 Wyoming Cowboys Nice wins over Texas Tech and App State get Wyoming into my top 25 rankings. Dropped Teams are: #19 Colorado, #20 Clemson, #21 Iowa Honorable Mentions in no particular order are Kansas, Liberty, Air Force, Syracuse, Georgia State
