Overall Rationale: This week was one where there were tons of movement outside the top 5 and Oklahoma State, Penn State and Wake Forest all suffer major defeats, and saw a few others fall. On the other hand we saw Illinois come in to Nebraska and showed us why Illinois is worthy of a Top 15 spot in the Nation. Overall there were a few teams that dropped out of my poll and I like to welcome Oregon State, UCF, and Liberty to the Top 25 ranking.
