1 Tennessee Volunteers They look like the best right now, all their games have been impressive.
2 Georgia Bulldogs Close behind the above, can't forget about that Oregon win.
3 TCU Horned Frogs Kind of a hot take, but they've beat so many ranked teams, even if always from behind. Prove to me that Michigan and Ohio State can beat better first.
4 Michigan Wolverines Crap shoot between the Buckeyes and the Wolverines. Figured I'd put them here just because it is a little more unorthodox.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes See above.
6 Clemson Tigers Syracuse was robbed, Wake Forest win much less impressive.
7 Oregon Ducks Playing great since that horrific loss.
8 USC Trojans Close loss, otherwise good.
9 Alabama Crimson Tide Too many close games.
10 North Carolina Tar Heels They beat teams, even if barely. Notre Dame loss is always so random.
11 Tulane Green Wave K-State win is great, Southern Miss loss is bad, but they look good. I chalk up the loss to being worn out by K-state.
12 UCLA Bruins Looking alright but Oregon loss bad.
13 Liberty Flames Not really impressive schedule, but one point loss to Wake Forest is permissible.
14 Ole Miss Rebels One loss, but no good wins.
15 Illinois Fighting Illini Bad loss, but hey they win.
16 Kansas State Wildcats Destroyed Oklahoma State and booted them from this list, played well against good teams.
17 Penn State Nittany Lions Chokes against the best, but otherwise performs as expected.
18 Syracuse Orange Robbed against Clemson, Notre Dame is weird.
19 LSU Tigers Neither loss is horrible.
20 Maryland Terrapins Honestly surprised they have performed so well.
21 UCF Knights Head-to-head.
22 Cincinnati Bearcats
23 UTSA Roadrunners Quality losses.
24 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Not sure.
25 South Alabama Jaguars Just what my calculations spit out.
