13 LSU Tigers Lots of talent as always. Lost game 1 by a point. Strong résumé with 2 losses
14 North Carolina Tar Heels 7-1. 4 game winning streak. Only loss to ND
15 Illinois Fighting Illini 7-1. 6 game winning streak. Lost to Indiana
16 Kansas State Wildcats 6-2 in the Big 12. Just murdered Okie St
17 Penn State Nittany Lions Both losses come to the top two B1G teams
18 Wake Forest Demon Deacons 6-2. Bad loss today but went in OT with Clemson
19 Tulane Green Wave 7-1. Great win vs K-State. Rest of schedule hurts them
20 Maryland Terrapins 6-2. Playing Michigan close is their biggest achievement.
21 Oklahoma State Cowboys 6-2. Thought this was a solid team and may still be. Gotta bounce back after 48-0 loss.
22 Notre Dame Fighting Irish 5-3. 2 really bad losses and played tOSU fairly tough. Outclassed #16 Syracuse and proved why there’s an eyeball test.
23 Arkansas Razorbacks 5-3. Very tough schedule in the West and added Cinci and BYU. Won both of those and seem to be playing good ball again
24 Syracuse Orange 6-2. 2 game losing streak. Good win vs Purdue OOC. Back to back weeks against talented teams exposed them this week.
25 Oregon State Beavers 6-2. Best win is Boise St. Only 2 losses to good teams
