Overall Rationale: I normally submit a computer ballot based on an algorithm I created a few years ago, however the data from numerous games is missing and it is throwing my computer poll off as a result. Because of this, I am taking the top 25 from my ranking and reordering them as I think they should be ordered.It should be noted that if I somehow wind up on controversial, I hate human ballots.
