Overall Rationale: Welcome to the first season of xsrs-fb, the football version of my xSRS rating formula I used for basketball.Prepare for utter nonsense for the next few weeks.I'm not ranking FCS teams yet due to lack of data. (Montana would be in at #9 otherwise.)

They lost to #1 Michigan and (would-be) #9 Montana close, then beat #70 Arkansas State by more than my margin of victory cap.(Same applies to WMU, who lost to Michigan and beat Pitt.)
15 Wyoming Cowboys This probably isn't going to be the only computer poll ranking Wyoming this week. Beating MAC teams tends to work surprisingly well for early season strength of schedule.
