Overall Rationale: This still uses the last ~month of the 2020 season and that has yielded some fucky results. The most glaring is the Oregon vs Ohio State disparity; the reason for this is that this model really punishes "bad" losses and in the dataset used Oregon currently has a loss to 2-2 California. The 2020 season will no longer be part of the dataset in the week 5 ballot. Using some 2020 results avoids even worse results like Kansas State at 2 or Rutgers at 9 (seriously).
