Overall Rationale: Looked at some preseason metrics such as S&P and FPI while also looking at where teams finished last season along with some guesses because it is the preseason and there isn't a whole lot to base these off of.

1 Alabama Crimson Tide The Top 4 feel self explanatory for the most part.
2 Clemson Tigers
3 Ohio State Buckeyes
4 Oklahoma Sooners
5 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia is really good but I don't think they Clemson good...also Georgia Sports Pain.
6 Iowa State Cyclones I really hope they make the playoffs but getting over the OU hump is gonna be hard.
7 Texas A&M Aggies TAMU loses a lot of production from last year and I think they regess some but not too badly.
8 Wisconsin Badgers Back to a normal season for Wisconsin as they once again will probably be second fiddle to OSU...does feel a bit high based on 2020 but I can give the B1G teams a pass to a degree.
9 Miami Hurricanes Yes I have Miami over UNC, they bring back more production from last season than Carolina and Miami is a more balanced team than UNC imo.
10 North Carolina Tar Heels I have UNC under Miami as UNC lost a lot of production and I'm not sure I trust that defense of theirs.
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish ND only gets this high due to past seasons cause they lost a *ton* this season and if this ends up being my worse pick I won't be remotely surprised but they've earned some respect
12 Florida Gators Copy and Paste from Notre Dame.
13 Washington Huskies I have Washington over USC and Oregon in the PAC-12 due to the stability of the production coming back but the PAC-12 should be super competitive this year...super good? idk...but competitive 
14 Penn State Nittany Lions This is as high as I can put Penn St based on last season, I know they are very talented but they have to prove it some on the field that they are a Top 10 team again.
15 Cincinnati Bearcats Elite Defense but they did lose some talent from last season's Peach Bowl squad...still the favorite to win the AAC but I don't think they are a Top 10 team.
16 USC Trojans WIll Helton ever be fired?
17 Iowa Hawkeyes It feels like Iowa ends up between like 16-24 every single season and on paper they should do that again.
18 Oregon Ducks Could easily win the PAC-12 and finish Top 10 but some question marks have them slightly lower than that potential.
19 Texas Longhorns Is ranking Texas stupid? Yeah probably. Will their talent make me rank them anyways and repeat past mistakes? Also yes.
20 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns ULL is my favorite to win the SBC this year with basically their *entire* team coming back they could easily end up in a NY6 Bowl the second Cincinnati falters.
21 Arizona State Sun Devils Huge boom potential with this team as they have the 3rd most returning production in the Nation...they *could* win the PAC-12 if they get hot.
22 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers CCU falls below ULL as they lost more talent compared to ULL and the teams were super close to each other last year but this year I think ULL gets the edge.
23 Minnesota Golden Gophers Really like what P.J Fleck has done over at Minnesota and he gets a lot core players back to continue building Minnesota into a respectable program.
24 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss has one the most talented offenses in the Nation are on paper basically a worse version of UNC which isn't the worst thing in the world. LANE TRAIN HYPE!!!!!
25 Utah Utes Utah brings back a decent chunk of its team coming into this season and I expect them to be in that 8-4 range at the end of the season.
