Overall Rationale: Because its preseason, I took the average of the top 3 and bottom 3 scores from the Massey composite for every team (minus AP & Coaches since they only do 25). Then I did the inverse of the # of returning starters and added that to their avg rank (so a team with more returning starters is hurt less in their rank) and tacked on an extra +1 if the QB was not returning. Next 5: WVU, Louisiana, Boise St, Arizona St, UCFBiggest movement among relevant teams (compared to Massey Composite): - Miami jumps 10 spots from #25 to #15- Penn St falls from #17 to #31
