Overall Rationale: This was a tough week because of the introduction of Big Ten to the polls this week. Normally, it would be hard to justify a team that hasn't played yet being higher than almost any team, so this is trying to rank teams based off of where I believed them to be going into the season and teams that have shown product on the field. Have those teams that have shown their product are believed to be better than teams that have not played? It's not an easy set of rankings.
