Overall Rationale: Until the B1G and Pac-12 play games, they will not show up in my poll. A lot of things can happen in the coming month(s) and I will err on the side of caution in putting any of those teams in my poll until then. I understand that teams like Ohio State, Wisconsin, Oregon, etc. are much better teams talent/coaching-wise than others in the poll currently.
