1 LSU Tigers I'm going with LSU just over Ohio State as having the best resume in the nation. Wins over Alabama, Florida, and Auburn highlight their resume.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State has been very impressive this year. Best wins are over Penn State, Wisconsin, and Cincinnati.
3 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia has a surprising loss to South Carolina, but they also have some really good wins, including Florida and Notre Dame. 
4 Clemson Tigers Clemson is lacking great wins. Their best win is probably over 7-4 Texas A&M. 
5 Oklahoma Sooners Oklahoma has 1 loss and a very good win over Baylor. 
6 Minnesota Golden Gophers Minnesota only has 1 loss and their best win is over Penn State.
7 Baylor Bears Baylor's only loss is a close one to Oklahoma. Best wins are Oklahoma State, Iowa State, and Kansas State.
8 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama's only loss is to LSU. Their best win is probably 7-4 Texas A&M. 
9 Utah Utes Utah's only loss is to USC. They're lacking impressive wins. Oregon losing really hurts their chances at making the playoffs.
10 Wisconsin Badgers Wisconsin has 2 losses, to Ohio State and Illinois. They've got a big matchup with Minnesota this week. Their best wins are over Michigan and Iowa. 
11 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State has losses to Minnesota and Ohio State. They have a nice wins over Michigan and Iowa, as well as 7-4 Pitt.
12 Michigan Wolverines Michigan has an ugly blowout loss to Wisconsin, but they have nice wins over Notre Dame and iowa. 
13 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Irish have losses to Georgia and Michigan. Their wins are over USC (8-4), Virginia Tech (8-3), Virginia(8-3), Navy (9-2), and Louisville (7-4).
14 Florida Gators Florida has losses to Georgia and LSU. They have a pretty nice win over Auburm, but the rest of their wins are over bad teams, including two FCS teams. 
15 Memphis Tigers Memphis only has 1 loss. They have nice wins over SMU and Navy.
16 Cincinnati Bearcats Cincinnati has only 1 loss. Their best win is over UCF. Huge matchup with Memphis this week. 
17 Auburn Tigers Auburn is 8-3 . They have a nice win over Oregon and a solid win over Texas A&M.
18 Iowa Hawkeyes Iowa has losses to Michigan, Penn State, and Wisconsin. They have a really nice win over Minnesota. Theyre currently my top 3 loss team.
19 Oregon Ducks Oregon has 2 losses now after dropping a game to Arizona State. Their best win is USC. 
20 Oklahoma State Cowboys Oklahoma State has 3 losses. Their best win is over Iowa State. 
21 Boise State Broncos Boise is 10-1. their best win is over Air force. 
22 Virginia Tech Hokies Hokies have 3 losses. Their best wins are over Pitt and Wake Forest.
23 Navy Midshipmen Navy is 9-2 with nice wins over SMU and Air Force.
24 USC Trojans USC is 8-4. They have a really nice win over Utah.
25 Appalachian State Mountaineers Appalachian State is 10-1 but lacks impressive wins.
