Overall Rationale: Start with Massey composite then apply eye test and resume. At this point I am also giving bumps to conference/division leaders as my final rankings give champions a bonuslast week was a real doozy, and boy were my rankings wrong. We are starting to get some clarity toward the bottom of the rankings though
