Overall Rationale: SP+ but I create mini ratings of the 0 loss teams, one loss teams, etc. meant to highlight teams that have won everything their schedule has put in front of them. Downside is that teams with weaker schedules will have an advantage. Starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel for one loss teams. I expect two loss teams will start to make it on as early as next week.
