Overall Rationale: Start with Massey Composite, then adjust based on resume and eye test.At this I feel all undefeated FBS teams deserve to be ranked, especially over 2 loss teams. As a note on three teams - I do not believe MSU should be ranked, and I believe they are better than both Iowa and Michigan after watching their games, therefore all three are unranked despite all being top 18 on massey.
